Shipping Policy

We only deliver in our home, Singapore, currently. All your gifts will be delivered by our trusted door-step courier on the date communicated. Our prices are not marked up per item to include courier fees!

Please find the shipping options and more shipping information below. The exact charges will be advised at check out based on when you need them by.

  • Free Courier

    - For orders above $100

    - Specific-Day Courier (Min 2 working days, Non-Sunday/Public Holiday, Delivery window - 9am to 6.30pm

  • Courier Type 1

    - $6

    - Specific-Day Courier (Min 2 working days, Non-Sunday/Public Holiday, Delivery window - 9am to 6.30pm

  • Courier Type 2

    - Starts from $20

    - Next-Day/Sunday/Public Holiday/Specific 3h Time-slot Courier

  • When will my gift be shipped out after ordering?

    Your gift will be delivered on the date you have indicated as the preferred date of delivery as long as payment has been made and you have selected the correct corresponding shipping option at checkout.

    We will contact you via WhatsApp if:

    1. Your payment did not go through

    2. The courier option you had selected does not match your preferred date of delivery (i.e. Preferred date of delivery is tomorrow but you did not choose and pay for Next-Day delivery option).

    3. Your item is out of stock

    4. Your order requires a longer time for fulfillment e.g. bulk orders that cannot be fulfilled within the next few days.

    Please ensure you provide your phone number under Billing Details for us to contact you more speedily, otherwise your order will not be delivered until we are able to get in touch with you via email.

  • What is the difference between Shipping Details and Billing Details at check out?

    If the gift is to be sent to your recipient directly, please indicate their details under Shipping Details, and your details under Billing Details. We will contact the number under Billing Details if needed, and courier will contact the number under Shipping Details on day of delivery.  Please ensure accuracy of recipient's information for smooth delivery. Re-delivery due to wrong Shipping Details will be chargeable.

  • If I need my gift urgently, how can you help me deliver?

    For urgent same-day or next-day delivery, please WhatsApp us first to see if we are able to customise your gift in time. If possible, we will arrange for Grab Express Delivery and inform you of the cost ($20 and above usually).

  • For non-specific time courier, what time can I expect my gifts? What if no one is home?

    Our courier will deliver to you between 9 a.m. to 6.30 p.m usually. Please indicate if you need delivery before end of working hours for office delivery. Do provide the recipient's number under Shipping Details so that our courier can contact the recipient on the day of delivery.

  • Will I be able to track the delivery of my gift?

    Unfortunately, this option is not supported by our courier now. Delivery will always be on the date communicated to you unless there are unforeseen circumstances. We will be able to help you check the delivery status on the date of delivery if you WhatsApp us.
